Email support straight from the person who wrote the code. Licensed customers go ahead of community requests, and bugs that block a licensed instance are fixed first. Help with installation, upgrades and configuration is included. Feature requests are welcome — some get built — but there is no guarantee that a given request will be implemented, or when. Support is best-effort: no guaranteed response time and no 24/7 line.
No. The license is an offline signed file on your server — there are no network calls, no telemetry, no activation servers. Your instance never talks to us. If the license file is missing or invalid, TaskView simply runs as the free Community Edition — it never locks you out of your data.
A distinct user in your instance, counted by email — including invited members. If you grow past your limit, nothing breaks: existing users keep working, you just can't add new members until you upgrade the tier.
